RESUMO

Calculation of the entropy of black holes is an open subject. Such problem is very interesting due to its relationship with basic problems like; the construction of a quantum theory of the gravity, statistical approach of the calculation of black holes entropy and the validity (or non validity) of the holographic principle. In this work we are looking for a simple problem that considers the inuence of the non-commutativity in the dependence of the entropy with the space dimensions. Previous results that consider field-B in theories of strings and membranes suggest that the space is not commutative and this characteristic can affect the functional dependence of the entropy with the volume or area. In this work we consider the commutative and non-commutative scalar field in several dimensions for we compare the results of the reasons S/E.
