RESUMO

The new institutional paradigm deviates as much of the determinists explications as of the behaviorists models for establishes in the study of the mediations between the social structure and the behaviors individuals in such case, the institutions. Investigations more careful from this paradigm reveal that however might to isolate some applications conceptual and methodological standardizes, itâs distant to represent a school united. This sense we might to speak in three new institutionalisms: the sociological, the historical and of the rational choice. This latter peculiarly influenced by scholarship of the American congressional institutions produced in the finishing decades an elevated degree of theoretical and methodological ability that discharged in three fundamental theories: distributive, informational and partisan. The present study have per purpose to present the common soil wherein breaks up these theories, summary its respective contributions and emphasizing by what means its builds the relations between the political institutions and the individual actors for finally â breaks up of the a survey from recent production on American legislative institutions â to think the possibilities of the combination and confluence between this theories
