O PROGRAMA DE ATENÇÃO INTEGRAL À FAMÍLIA NO CONTEXTO DE IMPLEMENTAÇÃO DO SISTEMA ÚNICO DE ASSISTÊNCIA SOCIAL: Um estudo de caso do primeiro CRAS do município de Caucaia/CE

RESUMO

This paper studied the process of adaptation of the Program of Integral Attention to the Family (PIAF) to the context of implementation of the Unified Social Services System (USSS) in the first Social Assistence Reference Center (SARC) / House of Family municipality Caucaia/CE. The relevance of this research concerns the systematization of the main strategies adopted by staff and managers to strengthen the basic social protection, social assistance, besides the analysis of conditions in which social protection is carried out, which is an element of fundamental importance in the organization the USSS. The general objective of this study was a critical and analytical about the actions of basic social protection of PIAF in the implementation of USSS, performed by SARC Nations Park in the city of Caucaia/CE, focusing on the changes that the new system brought to the daily work of SARC. The instruments used were: bibliographic, documentary research and interviews with semi-structured. It was perceived as eligibility criteria for families, live in the territory covered, or the uncovered areas served; whether they had entered in the Unified Register of Social Programs of the Federal Government CadÚnico, whether it be the beneficiary of Bolsa Familia, or not, have people elderly and adolescents in the family, need for home visit report for development of social partnership to be issued to the judiciary, usually in families with cases of adoptions or custody / guardianship of children. In promoting the participation of families found that it is a work in constant pursuit of gaining the trust and attention of users by the reference team, passing by the users consider it important to be addressed and the methodology used. The professional discourse reveals a concern with the intersectoral work, integrated with other public policies. The process of articulation and promotion of partnerships is done by the technicians of the SARC and other institutions.
