O Processo de humanização no Hospital Municipal de Rolim de Moura - Rondônia : limites e possibilidades

RESUMO

The Nacional Humanistic Politic (PNH) is a strategy of the attentions qualification of the management healhy work, which has as intrinsic characteristic the humanistic practice in all instances of the Unic Healthy System /SUS. The aim of this work is to analyze the implementation of Humanization in the hospital, taking as reference the acceptance, the environment, and the management democratization as inductors principles of new management practicing and healths attention of PNH. It is about a descriptive study in a qualitative approach, developed in a public hospital in Rolim de Moura - Rondônia in two steps. On the step it aimed to the PNH in the municipal context through the analyze Health Municipal Plans documentation. The aim of the second step was to identify the strategies of humanization implemented in the institution, using the resources of observation, documentions analyses and interviews, with semi-structured itinerary with the workers in the healthy area doctors ( 21%), nurse (5%), nurses assistants ( 68%) and others professionals (6%), from the 364 from the boarding institution is directed linked to the usage hensyn. The results shows that the institution implemented the implementation strategies of integration of the workers and users and participations humanization. These strategies highlights the principles of the acceptance, the environment and the management democratization, pointing to a movement of management and practicing. However it is observed that the principals of acceptance it is more consolidated and recognized by the participants of the studies. The results suggests that the strategies adopt an infirmary , toy area, companions orientation and visit time, commemoratives parties, furniture, and trainee project are potentially of a Healthy new practicing . However some factors can delimit the new practicing, such as communication, factors integrations and workers linking. It is suggest the development of strategies that follow this direction as permanent educational program to the workers, creation of communication channels more efficient and mechanisms and a continue avalution strategies.
