RESUMO

The main objective this dissertation has is to verify if and how is possible to attribute a systematical position to the ideal of a kingdom of ends, as well as to the respect for the moral law and to the notion of interest for the moral law in the context of the Groundwork of the Metaphysics of Morals. For it considers, through the analysis of the first section of this work, the representation of law as a distinctive character of rational beings, once the focus of the investigation had changed from the concept of moral obligation to the representation of the law. In the same way, through me analysis of me second section of the Groundwork, the starting point is that capacity of the rational being, and then the focus is changed from the concept of representation of law to that of rationality, and so to reason as the faculty of determine laws in general. Finally, the analysis of the third sections is made in view to consider a hypothesis concerning the deduction Kant holds necessary: is supposed that the term that allows us to understand the conditions and the limits of such a deduction is the concept of interest of reason, as an interest for the moral law
