RESUMO

This dissertation has as objective the Idea of transmitting a clear approach concerning the advantages and objections to Brazil, due to the possibility of its entrance in the LOOP, in a set interpretation in fact historical, social and cultural of Brazil. The world economy has been objective of great transformations. Serious crises come marking the economy of important countries, that you/they try to adapt to the new world context of the globalization. That it tried to develop this work starting from the method dialectic, in the conception of the hegelianismo, that considers the history as the great change factor, being the man inserted in this context. To tell the history of the globalization in Brazil and in MERCOSUL, it is necessary to analyze in all the dimensions and aspects the process of formation of the area free trade hemispheric in that the countries formed and they are forming economic blocks, as it in the case of the American continent in that the USA, with its influence in the Latin- American countries, throw the proposal of creation of the LOOP, in the expectation that the American nations overcome its economic difficulties.
