RESUMO

This thesis approaches the resistance depositions built up on school practices while public school has been turned into scrap. From the investigation of crashes and tensions that take place through the Citizen school/Porto Alegre, Plural School/Belo Horizonte and Cabana School/Belém’s implementation of politicalpedagogic proposals, we intended to highlight intensive memories of the fights that occurred in the public school, understanding that educational policies does not involve only actions made out by the State, but it involves also the daily fights that come along with those actions, bringing up new problems and producing autonomy processes and resistance exercises. The analyses here were made by the crossing of the theoretical background from, mostly, Marx’s, Michel Foulcault’s and Walter Benjamim’s work, which turns it possible to formulate the resistance notion as the creation of other ways of acting in school, and in researches’ studies from the education field what it concerns to the analysis of the processes that limit contemporary public school. The present study had the objective of highlighting the in the public school quotidian, resistance exercises are forged, non predictable, that produce forks at the educational practices making the naturalized processes that crosses this quotidian instable.
