RESUMO

This work was performed to determine hydraulics characteristics of the Fixed microsprinkler of the mark Carborundum when in operation with clear water, poultry wastewater and cattle wastewater, moreover, the susceptibility to clogging up of the microsprinkler that distributes wastewater from poultry and cattle and determine the maxim concentration of total solid in wastewater with which the microsprinkler shows the same hydraulic in distributing clear water. The fallowing conclusions were drawn: (a) the microsprinkler, of five nozzles diameters evaluated, presents excellent quality in point of view about quality control production process, presenting production variation coefficient smaller or equal to 0,05; (b) the screen of 80 mesh it showed more adequate to the filtration of the ARA and ARB for posterior final disposition in the irrigation systems in the soil by microsprinkler, considering only clogging caused by physical agents; (c) the wastewater from poultry with concentration of 1,5437 dag L-1 (1,5437 %) of total solid caused the clogging of the microsprinkler with nozzles of 0,90 and 1,00 mm, and wastewater from cattle with concentration of 1,8629 dag L-1 (1,8629 %) of total solid caused the clogging of the microsprinkler with nozzles 0,90; 1,00; 1,20 and 1,40 mm; (d) the characteristic curves flow-pressure for the microsprinkler nozzles of 0,90; 1,00 and 1,80 mm, for both wastewater, did not differ statistically relating the curve of clear the of yours respective concentrations of total evaluated solid; (e) for the microsprinkler with of 1,20 mm nozzle diameter, the flow-pressure curves for the concentrations 0,3211 and 0,3248 dag L-1 of total solid in the poultry wastewater, they did not differ statistically to each other and neither relating the curve of clear water, while in the cattle wastewater, the five concentrations of total evaluated solid did not differ to each other, however, they differed relating the curve of water; (f) for the microsprinkler with of 1,40 mm nozzle diameter, the flowpressure curves for the four concentrations of total solid in wastewater from poultry, differed statistically relating the curve of clear water, while in wastewater from catlle, the concentrations of 0,6834; 1,4576 and 1,4829 dag L-1 did not differ to each other and neither relating the curve of clear water.
