RESUMO

This work is a study about the implantation of the NBR ISO 9002 norm in a group of factories of the same productive segment (fumiture industry) in the region of V otuporanga, a city in the northwest part of the State of São Paulo, grouped together in the Pólo Moveleiro Interior Paulista Design. The study will be carried out through the application of a specific methodology, based on Project Support Teams, suitable for the work situation developed in the form of a association by this group of factories
