RESUMO

In this study, we aim to understand the forms of territorialisation that Cidade Tiradentes housing complex dwellers are building to face the metropolis, jointly with the perception of those territorialisations and the place. Thus, we aim to understand the forms of space-time adjustments lived in relation with the imposed negation of what was lived, in consonance with the undeniable transformation has happened in the place since the begging of the housing complex installation. We also look for unveil the way state order, jointly with a private capital, rouse struggle circumstances and how those struggles composes the field of practices concerned to the quotidian. Besides, we focused on the qualitative terms of the circulation, considering the dwellers everyday spatial practices and its composition in territories and urban territorialities, which are gone through by metropolis political and economic time. A bibliographic review was mixed to the interviews realized with the local inhabitants and the technicians who participated in the housing complexes conception and implantation. The trajectory of each one that contributed with this study through his speech, such as the several discourses crossed, is marked for the an urban experience that doesnt take place without the merchandises logical, and it imposes the critical on the immense majority of the urban population.
