RESUMO

This current work intends to analyze the multidiscipline of attention model in a medical check-up clinic and identify the healthy profile and the risky and protection aspects of studied executives. This attention model was named as Healthy Integrated Mapping *HIM. The *HIM takes in the accomplishment of exams, doctor appointments with many medical specialties, nutritional/ physical aptitude and psycho-social indicator appraisals; aiming a delineation of risky and protection aspects. For this research we have used the following instruments: social-biological-psycho inventory traced by the multidiscipline team, half-directed interviews and analysis of check-up reporting diagnosis and psychological summary. Ninety dossiers of executives of the male gender were interviewed , the age of these executives were from twenty-five to sixty years old. They had been submitted to several daily diagnostic exams in a check-up clinic from July to December of 2004. The final results had been analyzed through these frequency distribution throughout the SPSS program. Bare in mind we had the scope of information collected, we have decided to present five of them in these categories of analyzes: Biological conditions, job activity, family, physical activity and facing strategies. It was able to see that the two most relevant risky aspects at this sample were: the obesity and the stress. On the other hand, it was also found as protection characteristics: age, marital status, sleep, satisfaction with professional environment, practice of physical activity, social net , period of vacation, spirituality, satisfaction with the level of actual life quality. It was possible to realize that this feature of multidiscipline attention in the check-up allows a delineation of the social-biological-psycho conditions, and it does not concentrate the attention just in these pathologies; taking into consideration the human being as an integral social-biological-psycho person, expanding his appraisal parameters
