RESUMO
Condillac used to say that seienee is a well dane language. About Logic he could have said more: it is the best language. None of the otheres gets closer to the ideal of perfection. This dissertation aims to reaeh the goal of giving a conceptive, panoramie and historie approaeh to the so called "Legal logic" by the jurists, in opposition to what the logie seholars call "Deontic logic". Considering that language can have, at least, three ranges (cognitive, valuative and prescritive} , this matter assumes great importanee in the legal philosophie world. The researeh is developed in two parts. On the first one the fundamental and relevant eoncepts to Law and Logie are estabeished. On the seeonde, one there is na attempt to analise the differenees and the points in eommon between Deontic logic and Legallogico Hier is the ehallenge to the legal philosophy: the law and its logic legal empire
