Large Pseudoaneurysm of the Carotid Artery in Behçet's Disease

RESUMO
Behçet's disease is a multisystem inflammatory disease of unknown cause. Its major pathologic feature is vasculitis. We report the occurrence of a large pseudoaneurysm of the carotid artery in a patient who had Behçet's disease. The patient underwent surgery and was discharged on the 7th postoperative day.
