RESUMO

The advent of new forms of capitalism has driven, in the last decades of the twentieth century, the formation of Enterprise Networks. Multidisciplinary studies have been held in to order to understand and improve the networkâs management tools. This paper investigates organizations and types of networks, highlighting the dimensions of power and formality of their constitutions and possible management models, such as: strategy and integration actions, and elements of decision-making, among others. These endeavors indicate the use of Information Technology as a strategic element to manage functional integration and boost company actions in network. The construction of Information Systems requires expert knowledge in practices and methodologies of Software Engineering. Therefore, this dissertation proposes the implementation of a string of methodologies, processes and tools as a model for construction of information systems for organizations which work in a network. In this context, INCUBANET-PE was chosen, as the object of implementing this study. The construction of this computing environment employs practices of modeling requirements through organizational models such as framework i-star (i*) and agile development processes, such as Extreme Programming and Agile Modeling. Additionally, practical construction of the system are presented, such as automation tools for development used for generation of code from the entities of the database. It is also used the MVC architecture and open-source platforms. As a final result, the B-Manager is shown in the form of the implanted final product and in full use.
