Impacto do processo de comunicação interpessoal com as habilidades relacionais na administração de projetos de pesquisa e desenvolvimento : o caso CELEPAR

RESUMO

At the end of the last century, the global economy theme, started to be a constant, promoting the sophistication of the communication means, as well as the development of new organizational cultures, focused on knowledge management as consequence of the communication process between its actors. The competences in the relational abilities and in the interpersonal communications can guarantee the success of professionals in several areas. The interpersonal communication presents as the central link that permeates all the other abilities. It is important the relationship study between the interpersonal communication and the relational abilities, because they can influence the development of more significant competences, mainly in sections that can be lacking of such abilities, as the professionals in Research and Development projects. The objective of this work is to analyze the process of interpersonal communication of professionals who act in Research and Development projects, identifying the impact in its relational abilities. The research methodology used instruments as bibliographical revision, meetings, no-systematic direct observations, communication resources revision, open interviews and questionnaires, applied in the technology area of the CELEPAR Companhia de Informática do Paraná. The results demonstrated that exists a predominance of a kind of communication focused in the relationships and they correspond at the levels found in the relational abilities necessary to this kind of communication, in particular when abilities are observed during negotiations and conflicts administration. This study concludes that the professionals involved in Research and Development projects, present relational difficulties, due to differentiated perceptions, determined by the individual formation and by the influence of the work atmosphere. These conditions reflect directly in the form as they communicate, pointing to an strong connection between the relational abilities and the interpersonal communication.
