Gestão da qualidade: análise da implantação no serviço de enfermagem de um hospital de ensino

RESUMO

The purpose of this study was to investigate as it was developed the implantation of the quality in the service of nursing of the places of internment from hospital of education of Salvador, Bahia. One is about a Study of Case of qualitative nature, with descriptive exploratory character, that objectified to describe and to analyze the forms of implementation of the quality in the service of nursing of the related departures. The social actors had been elected from the universe of professionals of direct nursing or indirectly responsible for the quality of the service of nursing during 1995 - 2000. The recorded interview was incorporated as strategy of collection of data through a half-structuralized script, based for identified basic principles from the model of Management of the Quality. This script was submitted to the evaluation for one jury formated for a group of five professors in nurse and of the area of Administration, with teaching experience and/or of research in the thematic quality in nursing services , that it identifies to imperfections and/or better form of boarding of the questions of the instrument, in order to assure greater effectiveness in the sounding of the thematic in question. The complementation of the collected data was carried through also analysis of the situation through registers contained in documents filed in the institution having aimed at. These had been analyzed taking care of to the requirements of thematic analysis Bardins proposal (1994). The results had demonstrated that the model of Management for the implanted Total Quality in 1995 wasnt success and it was interrupted to the end 2000 for politician-administratives decision. Beyond the evidences of passive envolvement of people with high and the average-management this inquiry disclosed the absence of a structure for the quality. There wasnt participation of the servers as character of the production process unchaining several evidentes forms of resistance in the category of nursing.
