RESUMO

This work was the general objective, in demonstrating to the forest sector, the methodology of the work routine management, based in searching paramount rates of quality, that are identified for clients. In the development of the study, is described a present and future scenery of the organization of the forest work; the precursor principles of the routine management and its evolution in the forest industrial environment; the needed elements to the structure of the planning of the quality; the establishment and the maintenance of the quality control by instruments of monitorating; the connecting of the tools and pratical methods of improvement of the quality and the context of the instruction and training of work as fomentation to the develpment of the envolved. The described concepts are validated as a study" of case in forest company, demonstrating the values and the unrolling of the cultural change promoved by the implanted quality program, founded in I the routine management. As conclusions, is verified the system is fit perfectly to the environment of large companies of the forest sector by the dispersion of the administrative unities, conjugating motivational and participative aspects, searching better quality patterns. Trough, the obtainment of more expressive and innovating results, primarily it will depend, of the involvement and the implication of the higher levels of the hierarchy of the organization
