RESUMO

This projeet represents a refleetion of expanded photography in the brazilian photography eontext. In this way we intend to present the trajeetory of the photography Ianguage passing by its original history and we go forward the modemist avant-gard movement specially Dada and Surrealism. Those movements are very important beeause of the ruptures essential for the beginning of the expanded photography eoneept. MareeI Duehamp is a very important artist in the eontext of the artistic ruptures. The knowledge of his artistie trajeetory is important beeause of the repercussion it had in the eontext of the eontemporary arts and specially through the photography language in the eontext of the contemporary arts. With the presentation of many expanded language theories, the reader is presented to the knowledge of the expanded photography struetures, the main point of this work with witch afterward we ean think about the Brazilian photography. Subsequendy we present and reflect about two important BraziIian photographers: Rosângela Rennó e Rubens Mano. Their works narned Arquivo Universal, Imemorial. ln Oblivionem. Hipocampo and Casa Verde, Básculas.
