Formação e prática de gestão escolar com o uso das tecnologias

RESUMO

The present study has as purpose to identify the influences of the Scholar and Technologies Management Project in the day to day of scholar management, as well as, to verify possible changes in the practices in the scholar management, related to the technical-administrative and pedagogical dimensions in the schools unit researched. The research was accomplished, in a qualitative nature, with Fundamental and High School levels school managers from public school in the state of Sao Paulo, and it was promoted by the interlink of Pontifícia Universidade Católica de São Paulo (PUC-SP), Secretaria de Educação do Estado de São Paulo (Educational Secretary of the State of São Paulo) and Microsoft Brazil. The scenes are the virtual environment of the course (Scholar and Technologies Management Project), more specifically the Forum tool, and the researched teaching units, denominated as UE_1, UE_2, UE_3 and UE_4. During the course it was observed the participation of the manager in the virtual environment proposed by the Scholar and Technologies management project and in the inner of the school units. Later to 6-month course termination, it occurred the incorporation of the use of the Information and Communication Technologies (TICs) in the schools day to day, to investigate the managers practice and to understand their action during and after the accomplishment of the Course. The data obtained in the in loco research are organized in frames, with parts of depositions from the managers in the forums at the virtual environment of the Project, in free interviews (audio and video) and in questionnaires, being these last ones used in the methodology of the Collective Individual Speech (DSC) by means of the software QualiQuantSoft. The analysis presents the indications of changes in the school management after the accomplishment of the Scholar and Technologies Management Course. Indications of improvement in the manager practice in the investigated UEs had been proven, there were an improvement and amendment in relation to the use of TICs in administrative area and, mainly, in the pedagogical area. The managers had acquired autonomy for the use of technological resources in a scholar environment and they had intensified the pedagogical use of the Computer Science Room
