RESUMO

This paper discuss the dilemmas related to the socio-spatial planning nd their interfaces with Etnopedology, Environmental perception and Environmental’s Stratification. Thus, the socio-spatial planning nvolves beyond edafoc and normative technical factors, the nvironmental perception universe and different acquiriments, even hat decontextualized, wich the families already have of the local nvironments. So, the purpose of this research is to integrate onceptual aspects that are necessary for the settlements deployment nd to point out operational possibilities for the realization of projects oncerned about the socio-spatial organization. In Chapter I, it is iscussed the historical context, social and technical standards involved in the deployment of settlements. In Chapter II it is resented he conceptual Etnopedologic discussion, applied to the socio-spatial lanning and agroecosystems structuring in settlements and their rticulation with strategies of intervention, necessary for the learning nd living with the "new environments". In Chapter III, the ocio-spatial lanning’s ethnography of Olga Benário settlement highlights the ocio-technical mediating role and the construction of local knowledge n the perception’s dimensions, of time and space, in the options of pacial configuration. In Chapter IV, from the environmental analysis nd characterization of Olga Benário settlement, it is noted that he "Agroecossystems Environmental Stratification" method is compatible with the Ethnopedology approach. As a conclusive Synthesis in the work’s Final Considerations, it is pointed up perational erspectives, based on Etnopedology, theoretically grounded in tnopedology, environmental stratification and participatory social ntervention. This perspective supports a theoretical-methodological roposal of "Environmental Analysis Socially Contextualized", though it s common among the settlers an "environmentally decontextualized" nowledge.
