RESUMO

In this work, a methodology was developed for weldability of steels of high strength. The test used to the study ofthe eraeks in the weld was Tekken testo Welded by the proeess of Flux Cored Are Welding (FCA W), semiautomatie, where, through the study of the thermal eyeles looking to determine the parameters that providing better struetural and meehanieal properties for HAZ and, whieh to eliminate the oeeurrenee of mc in this area. Varying the welding energy and the preheating temperature, it was measured time and eooling rate (~tSOO-500 e RsOO-500), peak temperature, time of permanenee above 1000°C and extension of the HAZ. With the elevation of the welding energy and preheating temperature was observed inerease in the values of ~ tSOO-500 and reduetion in the values of RSOO-500. Consequently, the elevation of the ~ tsoo-500 and reduetion of RsOO-500 lead a variation of mierostrueture sinee martensite to ferrite, reducing the hardness and inereasing the tenaeity and inereasing the tenaeity
