RESUMO

Chromoblastomycoses is a subcutaneous mycoses that occurs in all the continents, mainly in the agricultural populations that work in activities related to the lan and, caused for pigmented fungus of the Herpotrichiellaceae family. They live of saprophytic form in the ground and vegetable remaining portions. After traumatic implantation in the host tissue, it becomes pathogenic multiphy and causes different skin lesions. This study intends to identify cases of chromoblastomycoses in some cities of the State of Rondônia, to describe clinical and epidemiologist aspects of the patients, to identify the etiological agents and to generate subsidies for the public authorities setter control the disease. Beyond the classic techniques carried through for the identification, we used biological markers of the r-DNA gene through the PCR-duplex with universal starters ITS1/ITS4 and specific ITSA/ITS and for techniques of RAPD using biological markers REP and ERIC had been amplified by PCR. The results, besides confirming Fonsecaea pedrosoi as the most commun etiological agent, has disclosed considerable polymorphism in the studied samples, opening perspective for future studies in relation, mainly, to the treatment and proposis of chromoblastomycoses.
