Estudo da distribuição e das relações do nervo infra-orbitario do macaco-prego (cebus apella)

RESUMO
The distribution of the infraorbital nerve, was studied in 20 male tufted capuchin monke~s (Cebus apella) under a magnif~ing glass. Each animal was perfused b~ intracardiac via with 10~ formalin, and the nerves of both s~s were dissected to anal~se their traJect and origin. The nerve showed some similarit~ to the human nerve, but when double nervous branches were observed, some differences were seem between them. The main difference occurred in the direction of the nerve fibers among the fibers where the blood vessels were distributed between the ~ervous bundles. It was not found the corresponding branches of the middle superior alveolar nerve
