Entre o modelo psicossocial e a prática no Centro de Atenção Psicossocial em álcool e outras drogas : considerações sobre a equipe técnica

RESUMO

This study chose as investigation object the operation of the technical team of a Alcohol and Other Drugs Psychosial Attention Center taking as reference the current political context of the attendance in alcohol and other drugs in Brazil and in Recife. The planned objectives were to analyze the practices of the team of one of this centers and the proposal of psychosial attention expressed in the therapeutic project and defined by institution. The theoreticalmethodological fundamentals was based on the aspects objective and abstract of the work in team revealing the functional and unconscious structures that constitute the performance base of them. The research used the qualitative methodology of collection and treatment of data, with half-open interviews accomplished with the professionals of superior level and members of the team, participant observation of the technical meetings and exam of documents made available by the institution. The analysis of the material allowed to visualize that the work in team is going by a disorganization phase that seems to be characterized by a difference among the work dynamics foreseen and executed it in team characterizing an estrangement of the guidelines of the interdisciplinary practice and, therefore, of the presuppositions of the model psychosial. That situation was understood as pertinent to the operation of the team as group, what points a work in the pré-task, in other words, in the initial phase marked by resistances, fears and conflicts as described by Pichon-Rivière. On the other hand, the difficulties of the work in team seem to be related to the inheritance of the biomedical model, that still happen in the practice in team and the professionals conduct that act in the area of mental health. Regarding the objective aspects, the limitations referred as lack of work conditions (it lacks of materials, training and of the work in net), in spite of Real, they are understood as form of pilfering the pertinent subjects to the group. The managerial aspects related to the unit of health and/or to the politics of mental health they are included in that context as controversial subjects in the team that they express disagreements and doubts linked to the form of performance of the team. All those subjects, besides the impotence feelings, disbelief in the work in group and low self-esteem contemplates in the technicians behavior that you/they live the contradictions of the work routine for the isolation, expressed in the threat feelings, fear and abandonment. Before of that picture we considered that the technical team needs a group work to firm as a significant space of interventions and practices.
