Efeito do tempo na resistencia da união de composito para cimentação sobre dentina e composito de baixa viscosidade

RESUMO

The purpose of this study was to evaluate the tensile bond strength (TBS) of self-etehing primers, ED Primer (ED) and Clearfil Liner Bond 2V (CLB2V), assoeiated with Panavia F (PF) resin eement on dentin and resin eoated dentin at 10 minute, 24h and 12 months afier euring. Flat dentin surfaees were prepared on labial surfaee of 60 bovine ineisor teeth and a 4.0-mm-diameter bonding area was demarcated on eaeh prepared surfaee with adhesive vinyl tape. On the dentin surfaee of the A I, A 11 and A 111 Groups (Gs) were applied ED and in the B I, B 11 and B 111 Gs was applied CLB2V followed by Proteet Liner F (PLF) and PF. A resin eomposite rod was positioned on the bonding area and eured for 20s at the three points of the interfaee to perform the TBS test using an Instron maehine (0.5 mm/min) at 10 minute to AI and BI Gs and 24h afier euring to Ali and BII Gs. A 111 and B 111 Gs were submitted to TBS test afier 12 months storage. The results were analyzed by ANOVA and Tukey s test (p<0.05). Fracture modes and interfaee adhesive-dentin were observed at SEM. The TBS results in MPa were: A I - 9.32 :t 2.39; AlI - 10.16:t 1.22; A m - 8.47:t 1.52; B I-10.58:t 2.19; B 11 -11.31 :t 2.06; B m - 9.74:t 1.61. There was no statistically significant differenee (p<0.05) among eaeh themselves Gs at 10 minute and 24 h. A m and B m Gs showed the lowest TBS values (p<0.05) afier 12 months storage. PF resin eement on resin eoated dentin (PLF) showed the highest TBS and was statistically different (p<0.05) than PF on dentin at 10 min, 24 h and 12 months. The fracture pattem was cohesive on the adhesivelhybrid layer for A I, A 11 and A 111 Gs and cohesive on eomposite resin for B I, B 11 and B m. The coneept of coating the prepared dentin with adhesive system and low viscosity composite resin showed a protection of the hybridized complex with a dentin seal during the 12 months storage period
