RESUMO

Considering formal education as a political act which involves a cultural and social phenomena, and that amongst these phenomena, the information and the communication possess the quality of irrevocable relevancy, through extensive studies that evidence the building of scholastic knowledge anchored to the methods and the progressive development of intelligent technologies. The present research undertakes analysis of the informational and communicative phenonemon within the cirruculum in order to understand the position of the teachers about how much use and exploration of the technologies as a didactic tool capable of fomenting joy and stimulating the research through the reading of the diverse means and channels that propogate several differing messages. Such messages can be used conscientious and productive in the process of teaching-learning. The collection of bibliographical data and field research by professors from the public school has resulted in a diagnosis of a great deficit in the application of technological resources of information and communication in the organization of the pedagogical work. Failure to use the tic form in the classroom results in a non-proportional loss of benefits compared to those that receive instruction through use of the TIC. The materials of the TIC provide excellent resources but the professional educators are not adequately motivated to find the means to share this instruction with their students. The inclusion of the new technologies results in the resistance to banishing traditional school methods. Therefore, with the possibility of inclusion of these technologies it is necessary to understand the dimension of the necessary requirements to change the paradigm. That, in turn, equires an extensive process of reconstitution of the school concepts, society, learning and professional education. In the context of the possibility of Working with the TIC in the public school, it appears the Paraná Digital program is an attempt to treat the dimension of the circulating information promoting democratization of the access to the communication. However, it is necessary that professors and employees participate more effectively in providing programs of continued growth so that this tool can be consolidated as potential didactic of quality in the public school. It is based research with theoretical contributions of authors as LÉVY (1996, 2004); MCGARRY (1999); BELLONI (2005, 2006); BEHRENS (2002, 2005); MORAN (1995,2007); FREIRE (1975, 2001) among others that the contributions of the insertion of the TIC in the social and educational context argue.
