RESUMO

Since the year of 1996, the institutionalization of GEPEC ? Grupo de Estudos e Pesquisas em Educação Continuada [a research group for the training of teachers at UNICAMP] ? has made possible the creation of plenty of room for collective reflection and also drawn a specific line of behavior for the group functioning. Its interactive and discursive activities have often provided valid opportunities not only to commute experience backgrounds, but also to use them in order to build knowledge. The main scope of the present research is to better understand the process of turning the GEPEC meetings into discussion rooms for sharing discoveries, anxieties and actual chances of building knowledge directly from experience background. So I discuss about the type of activities which we usually perform when at them - I mean, especially that of telling and hearing stories - as well as the kind influences that such meetings exert over their participants. While I was temporarily gathering all these statements together, my work as a researcher teacher under training was one very close to the art of bricolage. I tried to simulate the sewing of a bedspread by choosing some narration scraps in order to outline a shape for my dissertation. So, if I haven t given an account of the history of a group walking alongside with its institution and taking advantage of the few existing openings in order to promote the creation of rooms at where the production of knowledge is a true possibility, at least I sought to sew the scraps of everyday school experience so that the traveled route directions ? as well as the marks acquired along the way ? are given
