RESUMO

This study has the objective of bringing into light the main characteristics and types of Know-how agreements, as well as the troublesome of the determination of the applicable law. It is also possible to notice that the know-how transference in its totality does not occur, it is only a commercial item in which the developed countries uses to trespass frontiers and market limits. Finally this study presents the main clauses and conditions recommended on these kind of agreements.
