RESUMO
The present work studies the application of the norms NBR ISO 9000 in the development and implantation of a system of the quality adapted to the needs and peculiarities of a class entity. Starting from a critical analysis of the available bibliography on the theme, it comes a case study involving the development and implantation of a system of the quality inside of the beginnings of the administration for the total and adherent quality to the guidelines of the norms NBR ISO 9000, in a class entity. The application of the series of norms NBR ISO 9000 is demonstrated by means of the practical presentation of as each one of the requirements was interpreted and assisted in a class entity. For the obtained results it can be affirmed that once applied with approach and responsibility the requirements of NBR ISO 9002 to the organizations they can develop and to implant a system of the quality adapted to its reality and particularities
