RESUMO
This research aims to enlighten the educational practices for the formation of the non-heterosexual subjeticvity of students of a catholic school located in the southern area of São Paulo City. The pursuit of this aim requires to deal with a variety of themes of which the Contemporaneous Culture is made (built) up, such as: diversity, plurality, hegemony and minorities, multicultural aspects, inclusion and exclusion, prejudice, identity and subjectivity, sexuality. This variety is subject of study of the Curriculum. This way, it is meant to identify, to analyze and to interpret the devices and the mechanisms of acceptance and rejection contained within the teachers practices, which are the conditions for the school to develop this subjectivity formation. The theoretical fundaments are in accordance with the following curriculum-makers and experts in the Critical and Post-Critical Theories: Apple, Giroux, Gómez, McLaren, Sacristán, Guattari e Rolnik, Moreira e Silva, Abramowicz, Casali, Cortella, Louro, Farias, Pereira, among others, and in addition to documents of the Catholic Church, including those of the Conferência Nacional dos Bispos do Brasil (CNBB). The methodology makes use of elements of the quantitative analyses, but it is mainly focused on qualitative elements. The instruments employed for this purpose are: analysis of documents, questionnaires, semi-structured interviews and observation. The aim of this research is to arise reflection about the thematic, which shows little emphasis either on the school curricula or in the academy, and to put forward for consideration alternatives for its inclusion in the Curriculum, founded on the conviction that the role of the school is not only to accept respectfully the sexual-affective orientation of the students, but mainly to promote their personal integrity
