RESUMO
There is a interdisciplinary task of some cultural and symbolic questions in organizations, in order to make a contribution in analysis of institutions leading with changing. In loco, it is a comparative study of the common representative system about a social category very present between the heterogeneous social agents who act in that spaces. There, like in society, they start resisting with theirs different world visions, indicating the organization as a social category subjectively defined. All of it takes place in a framed context constructed during the different personal trajectories. Specifically, this analysis takes place in a ethnography of the management method presented in the Programa Paideia de Saúde da Família carried out by SMS/ PMC between 2001 e 2004
