RESUMO
A combination of both Ag+ and Hg2+ in Cs2SO4 effects the complete separation of two DNAs having identical densities in CsCl. Satellite DNAs of hermit crab, Pagurus pollicaris, and lobster, Homarus americanus, have been isolated by this means.
