RESUMO

This study seek understand the complex changes of capital s world unchained by the contemporary crises and how the classes insert themselves in the battlefield, take conscience of their projects and fight. This work has two parts: The first treats about the crises and permanent restructuring of the capital taking as guidelines its history and the concepts of ideology and hegemony developed by Antonio Gramsci. The second part seeks to analyse the sense of the capital s speech and the sense of the work s speech, the set of practices that any of these speaches intend to turn viabile, and in what way these two speaches are compatible or until the proportion the work s speech reveals the perspective of creation a new ideology. Based in the experience of one of the main brazilians sindical centrais, the "Central Única dos Trabalhadores" (CUT), it remarks CUT s managing directors speech, in spite of some divergences, can be compatible with the capital s speech in several aspects
