RESUMO

The objective of this paper was to demarcate and to study the Taquarussu Urban Community, which is delimited by the streets Turiassu, Patriarca, Yporã and São Roque. The community is situated in the geography space of the square number 28 in Taquaussu district, around the North-south route, and it is also close to Jacy, Guanandy and Aero Rancho districts, in Campo Grande city, Mato Grosso do Sul state. Searching the urban invasion an its consequences. Clarifying and caracterizing the mere physical process of the urbanization that happened around the North-south area. If this urbanization had findings and inspection done by the municipal technicians, urban managers, sociologists, psychologists and social assistents. Verifying the transferences that happened to the Canguru and Mário Covas sets, where the inhabitants were placed from Taquarussu district. Primary studies were carried through to strengthen the teorical bases, and this was done to prove the effective and strong links of relationship, if it predominate for the primaries, which are the ideals and comum conflicts, the importance of the place and the territory, mainly in Taquarussu original area, as well in this new areas, looking for and pointing by the schooling, education, age and income indicatives, and which benefits this population had, as: habitation, sanitation, health and education, among others. If the evidences and proofs, configure this Urban Community by the principles of its definition, conception and applicability, and its confrontation with the reality of the Residence and Urban Politics programs, if they were enforce in or to the Place. Later, it was also carried through observation sections in the area and it was collected information through half-structuralized interviews with the population involved. The verification in scale and degree of importance can be observed in many projects, and it is the focus of this paper, talking about the sociological problems of the irregular occupation and the changes, agreement and disagreement, and even, to recomend, suggest, in an open vision, which is the great social objective, citizenship, life quality, health, human being satisfaction, and the promotion of the urban residence development with an environment appropriated protection. Concluding the research, it was notified that links of relationship can be identified among the inhabitants from Taquarussu Community. It can be identified also participation and interest from a small group trying to solve the problems and the needs of the area. Possible motivation are among the other occupant to the implantation of DL.
