RESUMO

The area of personnels administration began inside of the organizations a process that today is the great focus of the investments in the search of the market competitiveness, so intransigent in times of strong globalização, that is the human capital management. There is some time, the organizations already noticed that the differential to be competitive is not in what is produced and yes in the people that turn this process a reality. As one lives now the era of the knowledge, the softwares of human capital management came to potentiate the administration of these human resources, turning more agile the spread process. As much as for fast expansion of the softwares, the companies expand for several areas of the planet, what generates the demand of having an adapted software the local conventions, be it localizated or not. The software Localization is an area of recent studies, but already bill with investments in researches centers on the part of transnational. As general objective of this research, was looked for to compare the main pertinent information to the area of personnels administration among Brazil, Argentina and Mexico for the Locazation of a software of the human capital management and of this to form to inspire other researchers to explore it this subject in other areas of the Administration. The research used the comparative method and as for the objectives it can be classified as being descriptive and exploratory, as for the procedures it can be classified as bibliographical and documental and as the approach of the problem, it can be classified as quantitative and qualitative. They were applied questionnaires structured in companies of Argentina and of Mexico. The analysis of the results was permitted that was possible to identify which are the areas of performance of larger adherence in Argentina and in Mexico and mainly which are more and smaller information adherence for the Localization of the Brazilian softwares. The percentile of use of the current softwares of human resources, well as the presentation of the most suitable softwares in the research, they complement the analysis of the results. Finally, it was ended that is possible to turn reality the integrated administration of all of the organizational information among other countries, mainly with Argentina, Mexico and Brazil
