RESUMO

This research project was developed looking for the caracterization of the micrometeorological parameters condicioning the chilling process from cofee´s trees, to serve to numerical models of frost´s prevision. The measurements were obtained during the winter of 1980 and 1981, in the Experimental Center of the ?Instituto Agronômico de Campinas?. The measurement was conducted on coffee plantation, and restrict to nights with irradiation frost´s conditions. It was analysed air and leaves temperatures in different locations of the plants, and comparing them with temperatures from the official meteorological station, located at 800 meters near the experimental area. It was estabilished rates of net energy loss and the lowering temperature of the coffe´s plants; and the possibility of leave´s temperature´s measurement be made by the measurement of air temperature at 10 centimeters of these leaves. ...Note: The complete abstract is available with the full electronic digital thesis or dissertations
