RESUMO

This research is the results from evaluated of the decentralization of the Tuberculosis Program realized in Dourados in the year of 2007. The purpose of the research is to evaluate the decentralization of the National Control Tuberculosis Program in the Basic Units of Health from 2003 until 2006. It consists of a descriptive research, structure evaluation, process and results, with the use of a secondary data. The National Tuberculosis Control Program in Dourados has been decentralized to the Basic Health Units. They have structure, resource and competent professional, however, there are needs of news researches that permit understand the causes of limited results obtained and search by solutions for an effective tuberculosis control in this city.
