RESUMO

The present research intends identify how much the organizations are working and which ones of their actions about self-conscious, prevention and intervention through the process to avoid moral/organizational harassment at the bank section in Recife-PE. In this purpose, was used as conceptual base to explain the moral harassment phenomenon some researches of authors like the frech Marie-France Hirigoyen (2006, 2007), Barreto (2003), Heloani (2004). E, Soboll (2008), clearing a little more the concepts, considering in organizational pratice, defining as moral/organizational harassment. The moral/organizational harassment is a recent phenomenon on the work world, and the pratice started to be investigate only in the year 2000, there are a few researches about this subject. Besides the bibliografic review a qualitative case investigation was realized using the following instruments: Documental research and interviews, getting data from May to November in 2008. Later the data was analised using as a principal method content analysis and as a tecnition to treatment of data tha enunciation analysis. About the results the research emphasizes that still there are few actions to prevent and avoid the moral harassment, and the organizations are still involved in a process, in a knowledge period, informations exchange and looking for getting more interaction
