RESUMO

Local Productive Arrangement (APL) of Bonito/Serra da Bodoquena, with an expressive proportion of micro companies (94,2%), in four consecutive years has been pointed as the first ecologic touring destiny of Brazil, through the creative dinamic that has been conducted in this business, having been included in PRODETUR/SUL(Tourism Development Program)/South. The point of this research was to know the performance of these enterprises on the criation of workposts, revenue and the improvement of the local residents life conditions. Based in a methodology systemic approach, tried to understand through the integrated analysis the determining variables of this business model and your way of dynamism to understand the results in the phenomena mentioned. APL of tourism Bonito/Serra da Bodoquena was built-up inside the Bonito environment, based on endogenous initiatives, in a moment of national and international connections favorable and overflowed beyond two municipalities neighbors (Jardim and Bodoquena), through the net connections. Bonito has better benefitted itself economically and politically of the proximity of the set of touristic micro enterprises, of mainly local origin. And, in this sense, has been able to attract public policy, consumer market and investment in this kind of business. On the municipal collection, the largest impacts of activity in Bonito have been those related to the services provided (ISS Tax On Service). And the greatest reflexes were suffer on the generation of employment, especially in the hotels sector (70% of the workmanship occupied), as well in the improvement of remunaration and the increasing of the schooling level, indicates an improvement of life. Tourism has been an activity complementary to cattle breeding, which is sheltering most of the exceeding work liberated by this, contributing to retain those people in their place of origin.
