RESUMO

The approaches of the authors are exposed about the implementation of the personalized services and of value added in the centers of information to the service of the investigation centers, as well as the immediate possibilities of the implementation of these services and the consequent elevation of the benefits in the centers of information. The approaches are analyzed that base the proposal, the implementation form and the application possibilities having in bill realities like the Cuban. Once outlined the work philosophy to use, is carried out an itemized analysis of the types of services to implement. The potentialities of the informetric are pointed out when implementing these work modalities that we have denominated service for the obligation that imposes the convention.
