Análise comparativa entre as carreiras de pesquisa e de suporte à pesquisa na EMBRAPA : enfoque da psicodinâmica

RESUMO

The present study had as objective to compare differences in the perception of two distinct careers groups in a research organization, regarding the working context influence and the pleasure existences and of suffering come upon of this context. It was based in the Activity Ergonomics approaches and of psychodynamic of the work. It started in the centrality importance principle of work in peoples life and as concern presupposed the understanding that the pleasure and the suffering are resultant of the workers interaction with determined working context. Like context indicators the organization dimensions, terms and workers socioprofessional relationships were observed and how pleasure existences indicators were used the gratuity and the freedom. Finally how suffering indicators, the insecurity and waste front feeling to the organizational context based the studies. According to psychodynamics of the work, the pleasure and suffering existences are presented how theoretical construct of dialectic behavior in coexistence reason of the two existences in an only working context. The study was held in Embrapa, being conducted by means of the quantitative and qualitative approaches. In the quantitative stage, they took part 245 employees being 168 employees of the support career to the research and 77 employees of the research career. They were used EACT scales and EIPST. In the qualitative stage, they were performed eleven opened individual semi-structured interviews, being six with the support career people to the research and five with the research career people. The scales were analyzed by means of descriptive statistics and inferential analyses by means of the software SPSS, version 14.0 to Windows. The qualitative data were examined by means of the cores analysis technique of meaning. Based in the quantitative and qualitative results, it was possible, at the time of the study, to verify that there were perception differences among employees of two different careers in a same organization. It concludes that the employees feeling moderately pleasure and suffering, and prevailed suffering existences for the support career employees to the research with less intensity for the research career people. The facing main strategies of the found suffering went the rationalization and the denial, defenses resources who seek to keep workers biopsychosocial balance. They were suggested empiric studies under different theoretical perspectives, to move forward in the understanding of the studied phenomena.
