RESUMO

This work intends to present and to problematize the experience of the Educational Formation of the Course of Pedagogy of Unitins–University of Tocantins - in Special Regime developed in the city of Araguatins - North of the State - in the Area known as Beak of the Parrot. This course is presented for the teachers that already act in the State Net of Education and they don t possess the necessary formation–degree or teaching in the medium level. The problem rotated around the organization of the pedagogic work where I analyzed how he/she gave the articulation among the knowledge of several years of the teacher-students pedagogic practice with the knowledge instituted by the university. The study used two sources: the) documental - regarding the state determinations; b) the teachers practice. To search the documents and the practice I developed the case study, using the dialetic existentialist-Marxist s presuppositions, the one that made possible locate in a locus where the documents and the people always had your senses occurring, where all, besides me, they always had him/it that saying, without, however, they annul to the other ones and themselves. I conclude that work presenting the positive and negative aspects noticed in the development of the study. I highlight among them: the respect to the you know about the students and the concern in building the research dimension on one side; the unloaded formation and the most general formation–inexistence of the degree for area of the knowledge–on the other hand.
