RESUMO

Nowadays, there is, a business competition in a worldwide basis where the internal atmosphere is a determining factor for the organizations growth in a highly competitive marketplace. The role of leadership is create easy terms to happen of the mutual understanding among the several organization levels. The objective of this work went to identify the interpersonal relationship among hierarchical levels, by using a case study in the retail store network. In this manner searched to observe the management profiles there are in the stores, the leadership kinds, the expectations of each person to his superior and the influence of these inter-relations in the compliance of the goals. For it preparing observations went conducted under social aspects, of the attitudes and relationship occurred within the organization. After the remark, made a questionnaire focusing the identification the profiles and characteristics of each employee confirming or not the results obtained by direct remark. The collected information went analyzed to show, within confidence levels, the credibility of the proposed job, enabling one more wide analysis of the attitudes and expectations of the different analyzed hierarchical level. Across this results, intended, upon that the high commitment level and relationship among one-organization collaborators may bring the company to show up among its competitors. Therefore, it justifies itself the necessity of a larger study by the organizations, about cordiality of its collaborators, in order to achieve better results.
