RESUMO
This paper aims to study the relationship between therapist and patient involved in the therapeutic clinicalattendance of an aphasia case from the psychoanalytical point ofview. I shall use the transference and counter-transference concepts as basic analysis guidelines. My interest in studying the therapeutical relationship between patient and therapist owes itself to the questioning which emerged during the course of the therapeutic process and cou1dnot be answered by the linguistic theories supporting the attendance at the moment. The psychoanalytical approach allowed us to interpret the therapeutic relationship as a relationship between unconsciousnesses where the formation of the senses, that characterize the therapeutic course, occurs. The psychoanalytical concepts of transfer and counter-transference are used as tools that allow us to understand the unconscious contents that were present during the disturbing moments considered during the attendance. Analysisof these moments was made possiblet the extent in which I report, by memory, the whole therapeutical process. After apprehending the clinical phenomenon by memory, I proceed to analyze how the behavior of both therapist and patient, favoured the correspondence between their unconscient impulses by interfering in the therapeutical process, and how these impulses can be assimil ated to contribute in the clinical speech therapist context
