RESUMO

The pyrimidinic derivatives have been attracting scientific attention due to its great biological importance. Activities such as antitumoral, antiinflammatory, antibacterial, anticonvulsivant, antihypertensive, among others, are the characteristics of the pyrimidine heterocyclic. On the other hand, composites with the imide function have also been gaining great importance, given to its significant biological activities. These data reference motivated us to obtain pyrimidinic compounds, with an imide function and evaluate their antimicrobian properties. Initially, the composites 4-amino-2,6-(diaryl-dissubstituted)-5-carbonitrile-pyrimidinic (7a-e) were synthesized, from the reaction of bisnitriles with amidines. After that, the reduction of the nitro-composites to their respective amines was made (8a-e), utilizing Pd as a catalyst. The last composite series 4-amino-2-(p-phenyl-substituted)-5-cyano-6-(succinimidophenyl)-pyrimidine (9a-d) was obtained through the condensation of the amino group with the succinic anhydride. The products obtained were identified structurally through spectroscopy of nuclear magnetic resonance of hydrogen (RMN-1H), infra-red ray spectroscopy (IV) and spectrometry of masses (MS). After they were characterized, the composites (8a-d) and (9a-d) were evaluated as for their antimicrobial activity. The results of diffusion test in solid environment were not satisfactory, showing only a small inhibition when used with Klebsiella pneumoniae e Pseudonocardia termophila leading to the belief that the substances, being little soluble, do not spread in the environment. In liquid environment, the composites had a better response, seen as the microorganismstest were sensitive to the all of the substances tested
