1. Qual é a dosagem de dipirona indicada para crianças?
A dosagem recomendada de dipirona para crianças é de 20 mg/Kg, por via oral, até 4 vezes ao dia em caso de dor de leve a moderada e febre. Considerando que a solução oral contém 500 mg/ml, uma criança de 20 Kg deve receber 400 mg ou 0,8 ml. Deve-se evitar a prescrição em gotas, pois a dosagem obtida no gotejamento pode não ser a prescrita.
